FAQS & POLICIES

01.

INQUIRY + CONSULTATION

  • You can submit a request form through my Venue.ink profile (button below). These include consultations and touch-ups. 

  • Here I will be able to accept or decline your request, and chat with you periodically about your design. (I usually say yes unless I think another artist is better suited for your idea!)

  • If I think I need more information about your request, I will ask to schedule an in-person or video consultation to discuss your design in further detail. 

02.

DEPOSIT + CHOOSING A DATE

  • Deposits are requested through Venue.ink to confirm your appointment. 

  • Deposits for flash designs are $50 and deposits for customs are $80

  • For GUEST SPOTS, the deposit amount is $100.

  • Only accepted submissions will have to submit deposits. Once you have submitted your deposit, you will be able to view my calendar and choose your own appointment date and time. 

  • Sometimes, depending on the project, I might ask you to choose an earlier start time. ALL DATES ARE FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED. 

  • NOTE: You can pay your deposit using Apple pay, or a debit/ credit card. 

03.

PRICING, PAYMENT, AND ESTIMATES

  • Estimates will be sent after you submit an inquiry! I can often work with budgets (breaking up sessions into payable chunks when possible).

  • My minimum is $80.

  • Sessions are priced at an hourly rate on a sliding scale between $100-150/hr. 

  • ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS: cash, credit, debit, AfterPay, Venmo, and gift cards.

TATTOO DESIGNS

  • Unless you choose a pre-made flash piece, your design won't be available until 1 day before your appointment. 

  • I tattoo customs, pre-made flash designs, and occasionally reworks. 

  • Designs will be drawn in my style. 

  • If you're unhappy with your design, please say so. 

  • If a redraw is necessary, we may need to reschedule. 

05.

NON-REFUNABLE DEPOSIT

  • Deposits are paid in order to confirm your appointment. The deposit goes toward the final prices. 

  • The non-refundable deposit is a holding deposit to hold your appointment date/ time and allows me to begin working on your design. 

06.

CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING, LATE & NO-SHOWS

  • LATE/NO-SHOWI allow a 15-minute grace period for everyone. If you think you will be more than 15 minutes late, I might have to reschedule you. 

  • If you no-show, your deposit will be forfeited and you will have to wait until my next booking period to submit a new request. If you no-show 2x, I will not accept your requests moving forward.

  • CANCELLING/ RESCHEDULING: You are permitted to reschedule ONE time before your deposit is forfeited as long as you cancel at least 72 hours before your appointment. Rescheduling to another date should be figured out within 3 days. 

  • If you cancel without a 72 hour notice, your deposit will be voided. We can reschedule a date, depending on my availability. 

My books typically close within 1 to 5 days after opening. After I have received enough submissions to fill 1 to 2 months, I will close my books. If you are unable to book an appointment, you can join my email list and wait until next month when my books open again.
